The EC Council (the people behind the Certified Ethical Hacker, and other tests) are hosting an advanced security training summit in Washington D.C. in August.  I happened to have created (and will be presenting), their new Cryptography course. For this reason they have authorized me to provide a discount code to any of my contacts. There are more details in this email, including the registration code to save $199 off the event (whether you go to my cryptography course or some other). If you or anyone you know has an interest, please send this along. Hope to see you there.

EC-Council's Center of Advanced Training (CAST) is hosting the first ever CAST Summit in Washington DC at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda from Aug 22-25. (http://www.eccouncil.org/castsummit)

The Summit kicks off with a series of 3-days advanced technical security training workshops and ends off with a one day seminar with presentations by noted experts and industry practitioners. Unlike other conferences, participants will not be rushed through the presentations, and they can actually learn about the specific topics that are being presented. Renowned security and cyber warfare experts - Jeff Bardin and Richard Stiennon, will be the keynotes for this seminar.

The suite of advanced technical security training workshops covers topics such as:
